Salons, spas, clinics, pharmacies, retail stores, online stores and distributors with a registered business. In the US we ask for your EIN and a resale certificate so we can sell to you tax-free.

Yes. The minimum order is $250 for most accounts. Some products also have a minimum quantity, and you can mix shades or scents to reach it. Products ship in case packs, so quantities go up in multiples of the case size.

Orders are paid by bank transfer. Our bank details and your invoice number are on every invoice. Approved accounts with payment terms (for example Net 30) can pay after delivery, up to their credit limit.

Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day usually ship the same or next business day. You'll get a tracking link by email and in your account.

If something arrives damaged, wrong or short-dated, request a return from the order page within 14 days and add photos. We'll issue a credit note once it's approved.

Yes. Product images, SDS and spec sheets are available to approved accounts on each product page, and in your account for brands you've bought.
