Terms of Trade
The terms that apply to wholesale accounts and orders.

These terms apply to every wholesale order placed with XIXI Beauty.
1. Accounts Wholesale accounts are for registered businesses buying for resale or professional use. We may approve, decline, suspend or close an account at our discretion.
2. Prices Prices are in US dollars and are shown only to approved accounts. Prices, tiers and promotions can change; the price that applies is the one confirmed when your order is placed.
3. Orders Orders must meet the minimum order value and each product's minimum quantity and case-pack size. We'll confirm your order by email. We may cancel an order if a product is discontinued or priced in error.
4. Payment Payment is by bank transfer to the account shown on your invoice. Accounts without payment terms pay before dispatch. Accounts with terms must pay by the due date on the invoice and stay within their credit limit. We may hold orders on accounts with overdue invoices.
5. Sales tax Orders are sold for resale. You must provide a valid resale certificate. If we don't have one on file, we may need to charge sales tax where required.
6. Delivery and risk Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. Please check deliveries and report damage or shortages within 14 days.
7. Returns See our Shipping & Returns policy.
8. Resale You may resell products only in their original packaging and must not make claims about products beyond those made by the brand. Some brands may only be sold through approved channels.
9. Liability Our liability for any order is limited to the value of that order, as far as the law allows.
10. Changes We may update these terms. The version on this page when you place an order applies to that order.
