Shipping & Returns

Shipping

We ship to all US states and territories from our warehouse. Orders placed before 1pm ET on a business day usually leave the same or next business day.

• Standard Ground (contiguous US): 3–6 business days. $24.95 under $500, $14.95 from $500, free from $1,500.
• Express (2-day): $49.
• Alaska & Hawaii: from $59.

Your tier may include free ground shipping from a lower order value; the exact cost is shown at checkout.

Back-orders and pre-orders

If a product allows back-orders, the available units ship straight away and the rest ship as soon as stock arrives, at no extra shipping cost. Pre-orders ship on or after the launch date shown on the product.

Returns

Because products are sold for resale, we accept returns for items that arrive damaged, incorrect or short-dated. Request a return from your order page within 14 days of delivery and include photos. Once approved, we'll arrange collection or ask you to ship the items back, then issue a credit note to your account.

Testers and opened products can't be returned unless they were faulty on arrival.
